Course Description


Turn your passion to care into a career. Certificate III in Aged Care course gives you the essential skills to provide the care to ageing community. As part of the aged care course, you will learn to give emotional and psychological support, assist with self-medication and support aged people.

No previous experience in aged care is required to start this course.

Our aged care course will help you develop the required skills to provide the right care to Australia’s senior citizens.

This qualification addresses work primarily in residential facilities under direct or regular supervision within clearly defined organisation guidelines and service plans.


These workers:
  • Carry out activities to maintain personal care and/or other activities of living for people in an aged care setting
  • Carry out activities related to an individualised plan
  • Report directly to a supervisor and are not responsible for other workers
